Synopsis
县果业局科技股研究生王志远不辞而别，打算回甘肃老家。向志远在火车上浏览电脑，追忆在广丰工作的往事。当初，向志远随导师谭雨心到广丰考察马家柚，看到了广丰马家柚深厚的文化底蕴。向志远钦佩本地人的创业精神。向志远与记者俞文敏一见钟情。为了事业和爱情，向志远在父亲的支持下来到广丰工作。向志远勤奋工作，不计报酬，尽心尽力为果农提供技术帮助，深得大家的好评。后来他因工作方法简单，加上不太适应南方气候，便在母亲的催促下一度动摇离岗。在爱情的召唤下，向志远决心留下来，最终也收获了爱情。
