Synopsis
一个神秘的军事组织，通过改变基因将普通人改造为体能、反应和速度都远远高于常人的生物武器，并将它们贩卖给黑帮组织。强风（安志杰饰）就是其中的一员，可是，善良的他并不愿意助纣为虐，而是选择逃离了组织的控制，化身为惩恶扬善的“黑侠”，在世界各地弘扬正义。
