Synopsis
一支CIA小组的指纹被恐怖分子截获，就在2001年9月11日早晨，他们被堵在了洛根机场。此次悲剧导致很多低级探员被解雇，因此这支CIA精英队伍也随之解散。8年后，恐怖分子再次兴风作浪，CIA将不惜一切代价抵挡新的威胁。CIA为此重新组织了绝密特勤队ECHELON，人称E-8。这支备受争议的队伍仅有议会内部有权批准成立，知情者称为“保密者”。
