Synopsis
北川市郊外的湖内突然出现了恐龙。于是奥特警备队将恐龙冷冻，请环境生态学的户根崎教授进行调查。在夜间恐龙突然消失。同时户根崎教授面前出现了一对神秘男女，自称是他们让恐龙复活的。他们发明了理想的未来城市「生态都市」。对地球环境恶化感到焦虑的户根崎教授为了实现理想而协力，不过这却是梅特龙星人的可怕陷阱。
