Synopsis
「全力で、愛していいかな？」は建設現場で働く篁千世（たかむらちよ）と、“ただのランチ友達のおじさん”と思っていた瀬尾一愛（せおいちか）が織りなす恋愛マンガ。自分が疲れきって渇いていると気づいていた千世が、瀬尾に告白されたことから物語が動き出す。
