Synopsis
本剧改编自岩下庆子的同名漫画，以合租房屋为舞台，讲述了性格乖张的三十岁左右男和单纯拼命的笨拙女高中生在冲突中互相帮助，共同成长的爱情喜剧。平面设计师松永纯住在不同世代的男女共同居住的合租房里，有一天，女高中生园田美己突然搬进来，就这样，两人在同一屋檐下展开了共同生活。那么，这份超过10岁年龄差的恋爱，究竟会怎么发展呢？
