Synopsis
新上任的科技推广员赵来福，老实巴交，心地善良，文化水平不高，却倔劲十足，醉心推广科技知识，致力带领村民科技致富。为宣传科技知识，来福无所不用其能，他卖力提醒村民们要用科技含量高的方法防虫治害，不经意和专卖化肥农药的成亮结下了梁子。成亮对守寡多年的养鸡专业户马大姐早生情愫经常献殷勤，却总被热心助人的来福搅了好事，不免心生怨恨。时值马大姐发现同为养鸡的王三利家用水大有文章，来福夜探王三利家，差点溺毙水缸中，但终得谜底——水建康活水器。
